This Christmas Eve, let us do the cooking for you, your friends and your family.
We’re offering a three-course, prix fixe menu with celebration-worthy dishes featuring some of winter’s finest ingredients.
Our Christmas Eve menu will be served from 2PM to 9PM on Sunday December 24.
Yellow “Hamachi” – Burnt Orange, Jalapeno
Salt Roasted Beets – Apple, Walnuts, Goat Cheese
Fall Squash Puree – Compressed Jona Gold Apples, Brioche
Spicy Tuna or Salmon Tartare – Scallions, Avocado, Spicy Mayo
Lobster Spring Roll – Lobster Meat, Rice Noodles, Shiitake, Scallions. Served with Apple Mayo Sauce
Foie Gras – Seckle Pear, Maple Salt ($10 supp)
Atlantic Roll – Lobster, Cucumber Topped with Tuna, Salmon, Avocado
Alaska King Crab Roll – King Crab Meat, Avocado, Cucumber Topped with Caviar
Scallops – Cauliflower, Raisins, Capers, Beer Cream
Halibut – Kabocha Squash, Mustards, Pickled Chanterelles
Dry Aged Duck – Preserved Plums, Rutabaga, Smoked Anise
Grilled Chicken – Potato Puree, Glazed Carrots, Spinach
Dry Aged Beef Sirloin – Marrow Butter, Watercress, Pickles ($5 supp)

Artisanal cheese plate
The three-course dinner is $69 plus tax and gratuity. There will be a children’s menu available for $24 plus tax and gratuity.
Wine pairings to complement each course will be available starting at $40.
