Executive Chef Martin Rangel has established an extensive expertise in Global and contemporary American cuisines, incorporating modern and classic techniques. He has extensive experience in opening and creating concepts for new ventures and upscale Restaurants as well as revamping existing ones.
Rangel started his career at his home town where he loved watching and enjoying his mother’s passion for cooking. Moving to NYC, he worked at some of the most renowned culinary spots and among the top world class chefs across different food genres. These experiences encouraged him to pursue his dreams.
“I describe my cooking as Contemporary American but I also enjoy French, Asian, Italian and Latin fusion cuisine.”
He has an approach that is distinct and multifaceted. His creations are unique and personalized – with the goal to intrigue and to satisfy your every bite.
